In this hands-on, second-shift role, you'll be the critical connection between Staffmark and Flex's operations, ensuring staffing runs like clockwork and associates thrive in a productive, high-performance environment.

Hours & Pay

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) for 1 month

Pay Rate: $23.07 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do



  • Lead day-to-day workforce coordination onsite at Flex, ensuring high service levels and smooth operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and support temporary associates while fostering a positive, productive workplace
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Flex and Staffmark, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Manage shift scheduling, safety compliance, and performance tracking for temporary employees
  • Partner with client leadership to implement process improvements and support business goals
  • Resolve employee relations matters professionally and efficiently

What You Bring



  • 2+ years of customer service or staffing industry experience
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a workforce in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Preferred: Background in customer service, human resources, or business-related fields
