Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives aimed at retaining and engaging Medicare members. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Medicare landscape and a deep commitment to improving the member experience through education, personalized outreach, and high-impact marketing. This individual will play a key role in helping Medicare members understand their plan benefits, stay informed through key moments in the plan year, such as the Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment Period, and foster long-term loyalty. The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead multi-channel retention efforts; including print, email, digital, and one to one touchpoints, designed to support member satisfaction, engagement, and renewal. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, attention to compliance, especially CMS guidelines, and hands-on execution. Essential Functions
