Job Summary

Responsible for providing onsite support at the Corewell Health Hiring Center multiple days a week, assisting candidates with any recruitment needs. Managing the recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume positions within the Corewell Health system, delivering strong, qualified, diverse candidates to hiring managers. This role will primarily focus on covering Support Services requirements while ensuring exceptional onsite support for all Corewell Health applicants.

Essential Functions
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand position specific requirements. Ensures timely and accurate posting of positions, applicant review, and submission of applicants for hiring manager consideration, within the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Appropriately screens applicants to ensure qualifications and availability, in accordance with Affirmative Action requirements. Provides applicants complete and accurate information and communication.

  • Coordinates hiring events ("blitzes") for assigned areas to drive efficiency and timeliness of hires.

  • Works with Talent Selection Supervisor, Recruiter or Sourcer when there is a limited number applicants for any requisition or area. Supervisor, Recruiter or Sourcer will assist in developing a strategy to build additional talent pools.

  • Facilitates offers of employment and initiates onboarding process. Assures that all information is processed accurately and timely, and in compliance with all requirements/regulations.

  • Participates in career fairs or other recruiting-related events.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business or related field

  • Two or less years of experience gained through knowledge/skills/abilities in administrative or customer service experience.

  • 2 years of relevant experience Staffing and scheduling experience

Preferred

  • Background in recruiting environment, to include interviewing, networking, and qualifying talent or other human resources experience.
