Responsibilities
Job Description: The PM I is a front-line, supervisory opportunity with responsibility for oversight and direction of the direct patient care for our patient residents. The PM I will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 20-25 bed unit in a 24/7 residential treatment facility. This role will ensure appropriate staffing, employee engagement, retention, and the upkeep of the unit all while providing high-quality care to the children or adolescent patients in a therapeutic setting. The PM I will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for both staff and patients. The PM I ensures the safety and well-being of the residents while supporting the therapeutic milieu. Benefit Highlights
