We're hiring a compassionate and motivated ISDE Worker to support adults in building life skills and achieving personal goals through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.
Position Overview
As an ISDE Worker, you will:
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to adults with mental health needs
Help clients build life skills like budgeting, job readiness, and social connection
Create and implement individualized goals for personal growth
Facilitate structured activities and provide emotional support
Respond to crises with care and professionalism
Safely transport clients as needed
Job Details
Location: Based in Kenosha, WI - local travel required ( mileage reimbursement provided)
Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Hybrid/remote options available

What You Need to Apply
High School Diploma
- Experience in Social Work or related field
