Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Staffmark is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Jonesboro, AR for
a opportunity with a company that values teamwork and exceptional service.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and retention skills
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset



Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer support with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Perform accurate data entry and respond to inquiries efficiently
  • Use Excel and Outlook to manage communication and daily tasks
  • Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
  • Retain product/service knowledge to offer informed support
  • Document all customer interactions with precision
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
