Test Technician

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Manor, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $20.00/hour (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift (Level 2): $21.00/hour (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
• Weekend Shift: $20.00/hour (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
• Execute both manual and automated system-level tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Interpret test results and communicate findings to team leads or supervisors.
• Recommend improvements based on test data and performance observations.
• Adhere to all production, quality, and testing procedures.
• Utilize measurement and testing equipment effectively.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate in a team environment, contributing to project work as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to build and run basic test setups.
• Comfortable reading technical documents, drawings, and work instructions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and test-related software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours or extended shifts as needed.
• Team player with a desire to grow and learn.
