Staffmark is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join a growing team in Durham, NC. If you have hands-on welding experience and take pride in quality workmanship, this is a great opportunity to advance your career with a company that values precision and reliability.

Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Perform MIG welding on steel modules according to specifications
  • Install and assemble steel components using appropriate welding techniques
  • Inspect welds for quality and structural soundness
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of MIG welding experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team
