Staffmark is hiring a Inside Sales Representative for a well-established and growing equipment rental company in Commerce, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer support in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Generate and distribute key sales documents including invoices, contracts, pick lists, packing lists, and return forms
  • Provide assistance in resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely solutions
  • Supply customers and internal branches with required documentation and backup information
  • Follow up regularly on open customer issues to ensure closure and satisfaction
  • Identify and report any conditions affecting customer satisfaction
  • May handle after-hours calls from customers or security and document complaints for resolution
  • May be responsible for opening and/or closing branch facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management



Knowledge & Skills:



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Emotional intelligence and team collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Infor, and Salesforce CRM (or willing to learn)
  • Basic understanding of rental operations preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales support experience (construction equipment or safety rental preferred)
  • Reliable transportation required
