Pay: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties:



  • Develop material planning methodologies and set up analytics to manage Material Requirements Planning master data.
  • Establish minimum and maximum replenishment levels for all purchased material, work-in-progress, and finished goods products.
  • Develop and maintain a Plan for Every Part of all purchased and finished goods material.
  • Own the production scheduling process and achieve market-required lead times through Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning leadership.
  • Champion intercompany inventory processes, transactional integrity, and inventory reporting for the company.
  • Lead warehouse management strategies and execution.
  • Streamline order management processes to create flow and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain-related disciplines, including material planning, warehouse management, and new product development support.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams in the development and execution of cost-reduction strategies.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Syteline preferred).
  • Demonstrated success with manufacturing process development and implementation.
  • Training in making materials flow pull replenishment, level scheduling, 5S, and lean manufacturing.
