Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently looking for aManager, HR Data & Reportingto join ourteam inLaVergne, TNjust outside Nashville. This person will manage the collection and reporting of HR-related data to support business decision making, improve HR processes and ensure data integrity. The manager will design and generate standard and customized HR reports and dashboards. They will implement efficient means of data collection methods and procedures and recommend necessary changes to increase efficiency. This individual will act as the liaison between HR, the IT department and Ingram Industries HR Required Qualifications:

Hiring Salary Range:$95,295k-$120,834k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
