Ballard Spahr is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager who is responsible for facilitating knowledge management (KM) initiatives across the firm, catering to both lawyers and business professionals. This position involves conducting assessments of current business and technical processes, identifying interdependencies and redundancies, process mapping/diagramming, and suggesting process improvement protocols. Additionally, the Knowledge Management Manager is pivotal in creating and procuring KM tools and establishing processes for capturing and disseminating the firm's collective knowledge. This is a remote position with the flexibility to be on-site periodically as needed if located in close proximity to a Ballard office. Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification in Knowledge Management is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, process improvement, or a related role within the legal industry. A proficiency in knowledge management (KM) tools and technologies with a proven track record of successfully managing knowledge management (KM) initiatives and projects.
