Senior Program Support Technician

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Insights is seeking a Senior Program Support Technician to complete long and short term projects and advise on milestone establishment and compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated starting salary range: $125,000 - $140,000. Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Senior Program Support Technician Responsibilities Include:



  • Review HR business processes for data anomalies, indicators, and vulnerabilities to sensitive data.
  • Maintain account in the DISS portal to confirm security clearance of HRC personnel.
  • Validate "need to know" and administer non-disclosure agreements to personnel cleared to receive data.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Senior Program Support Technician Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • BA or BS degree; ten (10) years of military and/or government work experience relating to supporting identity management operations and data analysis is acceptable in lieu of a degree
  • Graduate of a DoD Counterintelligence Badge and Credentialing Course, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD or Army intelligence conducting identity management operations, data audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in military correspondence, policies or procedures, providing technical guidance on style, composition, and correct formats, organizing workload and master suspense logs, providing customer service.
  • Completion of one or more IdM courses is highly desired.
  • Expert level proficiency with MS office
  • Excellent customer service, and oral and written communication skills
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
