Description and Requirements
About the Role
As our Digital Transformation Process Design Sr Specialist you will support the global Marketing and Sales teams. You will lead the design and delivery of a unified digital experience that empowers our sales organizations. A core focus of this role is leading the design and continuous improvement of a single-pane-of-glass platform that leverages AI to consolidate daily sales activities, actionable insights, and key performance data into one intuitive interface delivering efficiency and effectiveness for Lenovo sellers. This position will be remote with working hours in EST and with the need to be flexible to collaborate on our global team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales community
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutions
  • Own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returns
  • Make decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysis
  • Manage project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievements
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related fields
  • 1+ years of work experience in AI product management or delivery of an AI-powered IT application
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated product development leadership experience capacity for AI products
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies
  • Experience managing reporting, project cadence, and handling project deliverables
  • Experience presenting to executives and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
  • Ability to communicate across different organizational levels
  • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $80k - 110k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is remote and has a working schedule in EST.
