SUBJECT: Job Opening - Cracker Operation We have the following jobs available in the Cracker Operation: JOB TITLE: 2nd ShiftCracker Sig Operator # OF OPENINGS ONE (1) BASE RATE/HOUR: $31.06 HOURS: 2:55 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (normal workweek Monday - Friday, but hours may vary with production schedule). Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs. JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Education A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Candidate selection will be based on ability to perform the job, which will be determined on the basis of Work Keys testing scores, personal interview and physical capacity screening. In addition the job candidate's safety record, disciplinary record, quality of work, peer relationships, job performance, previous work history and experience will also be taken into consideration.
