Overview of Position: Heiser Ford in Glendale has an immediate opening for a Factory Warranty and Accounts Payables Administrator The ideal candidate will have previous experience submitting warranty claims and accounts payable processing. The position is responsible for factory warranty submissions for 4 dealerships as well as overseeing accounts payable for 5 locations. Responsibilities Submit factory warranty claims Manage and track accounts payables Review invoices Track 1099s for vendors Print checks for review and signature Reconcile accounts and monitor schedules Requirements High School diploma or GED Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred 17+ Years of age Valid and clean WI Driver's License Data entry experience Previous warranty experience preferred Previous automotive dealer experience preferred Strong knowledge and understanding of Accounting procedures Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Must be highly detail orientated and organized Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to function as part of a team and work independently Ability to adapt to the needs of the business Willingness to learn and take direction Benefits/Compensation Competitive Pay Competitive Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Accident, and Cancer Insurance Training and growth opportunities Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay 401k with Company Match We use E-Verify
