This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
This position performs a wide variety of duties including: Coordinating and managing activities, managing annual re-certifications, telephone, record-keeping, tenant and applicant correspondence, visitor control, assisting in management issues, customer service, rental information, and various duties involving close interaction with tenants, maintenance and the Executive Director.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $23.00/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately 6 months, but may extend for a longer period of time. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Education:
HUD Occupancy Specialist Certification preferred or applicable work experience. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.

Training and Experience:
Must have computer, organizational and typing skills. Experience with HUD housing desired. Experience with seniors preferable.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
