Internship/Position Summary: The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations Duties & Responsibilities: Help with Technical Consultant team projects, change requests, data collection and processing in meaningful reports Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation Add features/enhancements to G+D IoT Device code for customers Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence - Product config, Customer Data Other projects and duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications and Skills: College student in Bachelor's or Master's degree program. Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed Knowledge of programming languages (C, Python & Java desired) Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA is a plus Knowledge of and experience with Smartcards desired Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. $$ Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security America, Inc. endeavors to make www.gi-de.com/en/careers/jobs accessible to any and all users.
