Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Summary

This position is responsible for performing two or more of the Monitoring and Reporting Associate II processes which include Cash Vault Reconciliation, Legal Process, Levy Processing, Inactive/Dormant - Unclaimed Property and Regulatory Compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  1. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  2. Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Monitoring and Reporting Associate I which include:

* Accurately scan, index and commit documents into Director.

* Process Research Request within established Service Level Agreements.

* Process Transaction Management Entries (TMS) and General Ledger tickets as required.

* Process Outgoing and Incoming Domestic Collections

* Review new account to ensure the proper Anti-Money Laundering Code has been assigned to the account based on the Know Your Customer form.

* Process incoming Social Security Administration customer account verification request within the required timeframe.

* Daily review of system generated reports to identify ports established without tax identification numbers.

* Perform callback to verify the transactions entered by other department associates have posted to the system.

3. Perform two or more of the Monitoring and Reporting processes which include Cash Vault Reconciliation, Legal Process, Levy Processing, Inactive/Dormant - Unclaimed Property and Regulatory Compliance.

4. Perform required research and provide supporting documentation pertaining to assigned process.

5. Timely and accurate reporting of all required information pertaining to assigned process.

6. Process Adjustment transaction entries as required.

7. Cross-train to support other Monitoring and Reporting Department functions.

8. Complete monthly certifications.

9. Complete monthly monitoring of various center reports.

10. Completes all assigned tasked accurately and within established deadlines.

11. Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.

12. Assist with cross training of department associate on assigned duties.

13. Performs callback functions of other department processes for accuracy and completions.

14. Provide process improvement recommendations to help streamline department processes.

15. Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.

16. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, the Internet, and Microsoft Office software programs.

Salary Range:$20.00 To $24.08 Hourly
