About the Role We're looking for a strategic and hands-on analyst to join our Revenue Strategy team. We're looking for someone curious, creative, and passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and influence decision-making. You should be comfortable working independently with guidance from your supervisor and curious to build a deep understanding of the marketing landscape. What you'll do:
- Analyze marketing performance across acquisition, user behavior, engagement, and retention to provide insights for forming marketing strategies.
- Evaluate paid media effectiveness through traffic analysis, budget performance tracking, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) or related techniques.
- Conduct analyses to inform A/B test ideas. Model potential benefits and risks, and deliver clear performance readouts.
- Identify drivers of member churn and propose strategies to improve retention.
- Provide actionable insights to support marketing campaigns and lifecycle strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with analyses.
- Support strategic planning by identifying trends and forecasting performance outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using data visualization tools.
What drives success for this role:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics-it's a plus if you have experience in a subscription or digital consumer business.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)-these are must-haves.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimental design, and test result interpretation.
- Experience analyzing web performance and user funnels.
- Creative and curious problem-solver with strong business acumen.
- Self-starter who can manage priorities and work independently.
- Strong communicator who can turn data into clear, impactful recommendations.
- Passion for or interest in marketing, customer behavior, and growth strategies.
- Experience with loyalty programs is a plus
