Overview

As a Social Media Program Manager at Travel Leaders Network - You will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day strategy, operations and execution for a new program with high visibility that creates and publishes Social Media on behalf of thousands of travel advisors and agencies across the US. You will oversee Organic Social Media strategy for the program by working with a dedicated team of content creators while also having responsibility to execute Paid Social Media Marketing within the program. You'll have the opportunity to work across and influence other Social Media and Digital Marketing teams, provide thought leadership, mentorship, training and support.

Our Ideal Candidate: Has spent years working in Paid and/or Organic Social roles creating content, building and optimizing ads, analyzing data and performance metrics, etc.. You are hyper organized, self-motivated, work well under pressure. Your work in this new role will influence and impact thousands of independent travel advisors and travel agencies across the country.



Responsibilities

    Re-Define Marketing Strategy: Work across Marketing, Onboarding, Training, Education, Membership, etc.. from concept to creation of a highly successful new Social Media program with large participation
  • Organic Social Strategy: Utilize data-driven insights to craft and manage comprehensive social media content strategies that drive growth, engagement and leads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn - for both Paid & Organic Social that helps meet growth goals of program.
  • Paid Social Advertising:
    • Facebook Ads Manager: Manage Boosted Content, analytics and performance
    • Oversee Meta Business Manager: Responsible for Page Set-Up, Participation and troubleshooting for all members of program
    • UTM's & Link Building: Create and trouble shoot all link building and UTM's to ensure results are tracked for social activity
    • Paid Social Ad Strategy: Assist paid social team in ad builds, optimization, analytics, strategy and trouble shooting across a variety of Paid Social channels as needed
  • Lead Internal & External Partners: Participate in discussions, education and support across IT, Sales, Support, Marketing, External Partners, etc... as needed
  • Email Marketing: Craft strong email marketing communication and strategies
  • Webinars & Meetings: Host regular meetings with internal and external partners
  • Budgeting & Planning: Coordinate monthly budgeting, planning and reporting
  • Training & Education: Create a strategic training program that allows growth for new and current members via Webinars, PowerPoints, In-Person Events, etc..
  • Application & Membership: Oversee all aspects of approval and onboarding
  • Maintenance: Responsible for all aspects of ongoing program maintenance.
  • Facebook Group: Responsible for content, engagement, membership and strategy for a "Members Only" group
  • Subject Matter Expert: Oversee all aspects of Marketing, Onboarding and Training for a Social Media Program with large participation.
  • Thought Leadership: Work hand-in-hand across Paid & Organic Social and Digital to assist the team in troubleshooting, brainstorming and ideation. From Social, Digital, Google, Analytics and more, you are sure to become a valuable resource to the team to assist in a wide variety of other projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years' Extensive Experience in Paid and Organic Social Media Role
  • Facebook Business Manager & Page Set-Up Experience is vital
  • Expert in social content development and best practices
  • Proficient in pulling and utilizing analytics to make data informed decisions
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Hyper-Organized, self-motivated, big picture thinker that works well independently
  • Able to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. If the job posting indicates that the role is available for international candidate consideration, the salary range will be based on the local market for the country where the candidate would be working.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company's financial goal achievement and individual performance.
