Information Technology Training Analyst

Position Summary
Under general supervision, provides consultation to patient care and revenue cycle services in the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training, adoption and optimization in the integrated information systems that support and enhance revenue cycle, clinical practice, administrative and management needs and patient outcomes. Works closely with clinical and revenue cycle build teams and end users to identify optimization opportunities. Provides training for new staff and refresher/skills enhancement training for current staff and providers. Assists in the review of existing workflows and processes; works collaboratively with operational experts to define future state workflows of clinical or revenue cycle applications.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications
-A Bachelor's degree in a clinical/revenue cycle or related field; Masters Degree preferred
-1-2 years of technical education experience required
-Typically has 0-4 years experience in education/staff development and/or a clinical area, preferably a combination of both clinical/revenue cycle experience and education.
-Demonstrates the ability to learn and utilize new clinical applications/revenue cycle software and systems.
-Extensive experience interacting with customers to gather and understand their training, business and technical requirements.
-Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and demonstrated experience in their use when developing training plans

QA experience preferred
