  • Pay: $15 per hour plus tips
  • Start Date: Summer 25
  • This is a Flex Position Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family!
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Aptitude: Handle the demands of event setup with ease, lifting and moving up to 70 pounds to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Event Planning Savvy: While previous experience in competitive event planning is preferred, your eagerness to learn and contribute is what matters most. Dive into the intricacies of organizing, scheduling, and executing events with enthusiasm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribution & Coordination:
  • Actively engage in daily operations and event execution.
  • Assist in organizing, scheduling, and executing events to ensure guest satisfaction and risk management.
  • Maintain inventory and conduct post-event analysis with volunteer team leads.
  • Communication & Engagement:
  • Ensure accuracy and distribution of internal documents, fostering transparency.
  • Distribute weekly event schedules and monitor event information for discrepancies.
  • Event Execution & Delivery:
  • Assist in activity setup and breakdown, following action plans for success.
  • Support activity development and participate in meetings to provide input.
  • Achieve high-quality outcomes, meet financial goals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Leadership & Flexibility:
  • Assume responsibility for driving project/event success and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and inspire unified teamwork for success.
  • Recognize engagement, inspire development, and use guest-focused language proficiently.
