Career Opportunity:
Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada is seeking a full-time, Senior Marketing Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume oncology practice with some of the best physicians in their fields.

Scope:

Under general supervision, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and executing both traditional and digital marketing initiatives for the organization. This role will assist in planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts to support products and services with a strong focus on digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, social media engagement, marketing analytics, and performance optimization. The specialist will help ensure alignment with budgeted objectives and evolving market dynamics.

The role involves collaboration across departments and with external partners to maintain a strong market presence, elevate the patient experience, and enhance brand visibility through multi-channel campaigns, analytics-driven decisions, and innovative outreach strategies.


Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the development and execution of short-term and long-range digital and traditional marketing plans, product line development, and targeted campaigns across print, web, email, paid media, social platforms, and other channels.
  • Leads and supports digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, and online advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Manages and optimizes digital marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and performance measurement, including retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
  • Analyzes social media metrics, campaign KPIs, website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM data to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Supports the development of physician communications and public relations programs; ensures integrated messaging across digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Designs and implements market research strategies to identify customer needs, track competitor activity, and inform marketing direction.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of marketing databases, dashboards, and tools to support campaign execution, targeting, and performance reporting.
  • Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to keep strategies current and effective.
  • Recommends updates or modifications to digital platforms, service offerings, or marketing strategies based on performance analytics, research, and market feedback.
  • Assists with budgeting, vendor management, and coordination of advertising and promotional efforts including evaluation of external agencies and digital service providers.
  • Ensures consistent branding, visual identity, and messaging across all digital and offline channels.
  • Conducts statistical and financial analysis of marketing activities and presents actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Previous marketing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
