- Digital LifeCycle Management (DLCM) describes the holistic approach to update customer vehicles over the air or by dealer campaigns.
- Conduct efficient DLCM campaign rollout management, testing, and reporting of DLCM test vehicles in a timely manner to ensure no delays for SOP as well as no tow-ins and no unknown field complaints.
- Planning and communication of necessary vehicle tests based on DLCM campaigns throughout US test stations.
- Support repairing and updating of DLCM test vehicles to ensure high quality assurance.
- Deep knowledge in vehicle backend configuration and communication across different integration levels.
- Develop and maintain fast and efficient communication flow with different stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities: Main responsibility - assign 90% of time spent
- Coordination with stakeholder to confirm software package completion to start wave zero planning to activate DLCM campaigns.
- Define and assign campaign rollout based on required function tests and vehicle location.
- Responsible to ensure overall vehicle readiness prior campaign rollout and escalate open topics to DLCM engineer and station coordinators.
- Alignment with DLCM test engineer to ensure online readiness of test vehicles.
- Monitor End-to-End communication and escalate faults to DLCM engineer and stakeholders.
- Responsible to report campaign KPI's, completion, and escalation if KPI's are not met.
- Support investigations and escalate issues to stakeholders.
- Responsible to communicate necessary vehicle software and hardware updates to station coordinators to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Responsible to review and distribute necessary testing instructions prior DLCM campaign rollout.
- Alignment with stakeholder for vehicle planning throughout project life cycle.
- Alignment with driver coordinator on vehicle planning to ensure that necessary driver staffing requirements are met.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Additional responsibilities - assign 10% of time
- Alignment with Engineering team to maximize testing synergies and establish equal workflows and processes across all test stations within in the US.
- Participate on test trips to different locations across the US and Canada to enlarge testing area.
Qualifications
Years Relevant of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive vehicle development & testing
Required Education:
- Technical Degree in automotive field
- Familiarity with Electric/Electronic application and vehicle development
- Knowledge of basic vehicle systems

- Ability to maintain an effective team environment
