Carnegie Mellon University's department of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) is searching for a Workplace Safety Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by supporting and collaborating with the Assistant Director of EH&S in the development, deployment, quality assurance, and training of Workplace Safety Programs that comply with federal, state, and local regulatory obligations and university procedures. You will achieve these goals through collaboration with all EH&S staff in the efficient and integrated delivery of services. Core responsibilities include:
