Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a team delivering technologies to the front line of our Nations cyber efforts? Peraton is looking for someone who can help deliver key JCWA capabilities and be a key contributor to our team as the Technical Trainer.

Provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Typical duties include designing, planning, organizing, and directing training programs to enable PMO directed instructors to present training materials, instructional materials, and informational presentations. Require expertise in specialty area.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

    12 years of overall experience in the functional area. A Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 5+ years developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
  • 5 years' experience with interacting with cyber operators in refining requirements and providing supporting documentation for each use case.
  • 10+ years working in a DoD environment with specialization in cyber domain.
  • TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in managing Force Readiness including but not limited to training pipelines, Knowledge/Skill/Ability/Task (KSATs), Job Qualification Requirements (JQRs), etc.
  • Agile or SAFe experience
  • Experience using Agile Test Driven development for at least four (4) years.
  • Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments for at least four (4) years.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, sustaining software in an Agile Software development environment.
  • Five (5) years' experience with DoD Force Readiness requirements as it pertains to training and development (people, assets, & infrastructure).
  • Five (5) years' experience working with DoD COCOM and other Service Cyber Components.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
