Washington DC/ Hybrid Pay From: $120,000 MUST Program Mgr Business Consultant 10+ years experience possessing and extensive experience in military law, history, and human resources processes, or business architecture. Applies specialty knowledge to ensure CG policies and CG daily activities are accurately represented in business process models. Applies specialty knowledge to ensure continuity throughout business process models. May provide support for project team. Assist in defining project objectives and strategic direction. Responsible for providing leadership and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts. Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. MA/MS degree required DUTIES The Program Manager Business Consultant onsite Sr Business Consultant to support the Coast Guard Deputy for Personnel Readiness (DCMS-DPR) who oversees the Coast Guard's Human Capital Management (HCM) policies and processes. The following support is required: Ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects implementing: change management principles, business process development, business re- engineering, and performance measurement. Capability to manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints. Capable of assessing products and procedures for compliance with: government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system application standards. Must be able to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated business solutions, considering the current system environment and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later. Ability to coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements. Ability to read and interpret Government policy, regulations, and directives, and to apply those interpretations directed by the Project Manager or designee fully and legally to all PWS activities.
