Belcan is seeking a knowledgeable CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) Specialist to work on-site in Beavercreek, OH. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and expand your expertise while supporting our team.

Job Duties:
*Provide daily support within Maximo CMMS software, updating the system to current standards
*Report on the current state of business
*Create and modify existing work scopes
*Lead sessions with technicians to develop preventive maintenance tasks for equipment
*Facilitate sessions using provided lists, no prior knowledge required
*Create training materials and conduct one-on-one training sessions with technicians
*Load jobs and tasks, create work packages, and perform administrative functions within Maximo

Qualifications:
*Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance services
* Prior work experience with CMMS software (computerized maintenance management system), ideally Maximo
*Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out
*Computer savvy and ability to use basic MS Excel and MS Office programs
*Willingness to learn new software with limited support
*Flexibility regarding work time, days, and a hybrid work schedule
*Legal authorization to work in the US

Desired Skills (Not Required):
* Skilled in Maximo CMMS
*Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
