The primary purpose of this role is to oversee projects, that are an extension of our normal day to day Admissions process. This Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and reporting out the productivity of each project assignment. While there are currently no direct reports to this supervisor, that could change. A strong level of communication skills and relationship building are required, as this supervisor will need to report with leaders on teammate productivity as well as cross collaborate with other departments for support in assigned projects. The Supervisor will also be expected to assist in developing and implementing new processes and strategies that will improve the efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations.

On-site presence is required once a week at our office in Englewood, CO

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of teammate metrics daily, weekly and monthly and report out wins and opportunities to leadership team weekly and monthly. This includes identifying trends in productivity, market dynamics and demands as well as process adherence
  • Reviewing teammate performance including audits for calls & created requests and providing coaching as needed in cross collaboration with main supervisor.
  • Ability to independently handle escalations from field partners, teammates and clinics
  • Ability to handle scheduling for extended hours time frame. This includes sending out sign up sheet, maintaining schedule calendar, updating WFM schedules and updating schedules as needed for coverage
  • Cross Collaboration with WFM & Torchlight to build reporting needs and understanding staffing needs
  • Ability to be on call during extended hours time frame, except for days off
  • Coordinate training for teammate assigned projects
  • Special Projects/Other Assigned Duties
  • Nights/Weekends: OT available and requested based on business needs

DaVita Guest Services within Admissions is a fast-paced team who focuses on the process of Admitting a patient into dialysis. We are the first experience many patients have with DaVita. We admit patients either from a hospital, nephrology office, or a competitor. We have multiple stakeholders within Admissions, both internal and external, some of which include - Patients, hospitals, doctors, our DaVita facilities, registration, and IMT. We are highly focused on customer service and work to meet the needs of our patients and partners. We are constantly shifting, and our goal is to ensure we give the best experience to everyone who works with us.

Extended Hours is a service we provide to our hospital field partners in an effort to provide support outside of our normal business hours (M-F 8 am-5 pm EST & MST and 9 am-3 pm EST on Saturdays). These hours are run with inbound and intake support.

  • The hours for role are Tuesday-Saturday 8 AM-5 PM MST. The supervisor will be required to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week of their choice that does not interfere with leadership in office days and ROPS leadership calls.
  • Daily duties: Mon-Fri - leadership meetings, auditing requests, reviewing and reporting out metrics & reviewing staffing, ad-hoc items.
  • Saturdays - First POC for extended hours teammates, monitoring and assessing workflow, end of day recap report for Monday morning leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 2- 4 years leadership experience, in a corporate setting
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work non-traditional and/or expanded hours from 6AM to 7PM to serve patients and teammates during both emergency and non-emergency events as needed
  • Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute with a focus on accuracy of said data entry for reporting

  • Excellent customer relationship and inter-company network building skills
  • Ability to review, understand and leverage P&P to advocate for patients within the scope of their role
