Blue Yonder Job Title: Sr IT Business Partner - HR Technology Location: Remote from Dallas or Scottsdale Overview: Reporting to the Director, Business Applications - HR Technology, the Senior IT Business Partner - HR Technology acts as a strategic liaison between the Associate Success (HR) functions and the IT organization, ensuring that HR technology solutions align with business goals and deliver a world-class employee experience. Scope: This role is responsible for shaping the HR technology roadmap, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of platforms such as Workday and other enterprise HCM systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in HR applications with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. Synonymous Job Title: Sr IT Business Partner #LI-REMOTE ------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is $104,669.00 to 151,665.00 USD The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
