Where you'll be: This position will be based in the HQ Charlotte, NC, hybrid work policy model. All about the role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Digital Consumer Experience to lead our efforts in creating outstanding D2C experience for Frigidaire and Electrolux. This role combines expertise in UX design, user research, and consumer journey mapping with high-level leadership over our promotional calendar, new product launch activation, mapping our consumer journey, and SEO initiatives. As the hands-on leader, you will set the vision and guide our internal teams and agency partners to drive conversion-focused campaigns and elevate our digital brand presence. What you'll do:
Lead and mentor a team of high performers and external agency partners. Develop and implement the UX/CX/UI strategy for our brand sites, that combines marketing efforts, sales-focused D2C flows and a robust owner support community for a well-rounded, intuitive digital consumer experience. Research Frigidaire and Electrolux consumer behaviors and work to continuously improve pain points in their journey. Be familiar with wireframes, prototypes and visual concepts that combine industry standards and best in class UX to create seamless paths to conversion. Collaborate with product owners, developers, media, brand marketing, D2C sales teams and agencies to ensure solutions are effectively executed. Stay informed on emerging trends in UX/UI/CX, digital marketing, and the D2C landscape to keep our strategies innovative and competitive. Drive robust D2C promotion and launch activation strategy with sales, creative, media and content specialists to maximize conversion and AOV.
Establish key metrics and oversee the evaluation of activation initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement across campaigns and product launches. Set the strategic vision for content strategy and SEO efforts, ensuring that teams create cohesive and compelling brand messaging and digital content. Oversee project management processes (utilizing tools such as Monday.com) to ensure timely, high-quality execution of website requests.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, UX design, or related fields with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing internal teams and agencies. Bachelor's Degree required Proven experience in setting strategic direction and overseeing integrated digital initiatives, with a deep understanding of UX principles, research methodologies, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and campaign management, ideally within a D2C or e-commerce environment. Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Optimizely, SAP SmartEdit) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating strategic insights and design rationales to stakeholders. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
