Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$79,000.00 to$131,600.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

The Customer Enablement Manager (CEM) reports into the Consulting Services Organization and leads large implementation programs within our largest and most complex contracted customers. The CEM is accountable to insure we understand the results these customers expect, then build a plan to meet the customer's goals based on the level of customer sponsorship and urgency. With the plan built, the CEM then assembles teams to implement the work and holistically lead through the change needed within both businesses to achieve the targeted results. You will be focused on opportunities with multi-site contracted customers in the National Accounts, Government and Healthcare functions.

You Will:

  • Complete a thorough Discovery process to identify the customer's view of value, determine a scope of work, and determine the viability given the resources and sponsorship available.
  • Manage the expectations of all partners associated with the scope of work.
  • Lead the development of a customer-centric deployment plan to achieve the results expected by all partners
  • Develop internal and customer-facing collateral while maintaining company brand standards.
  • Lead Joint Planning Workshops with customer sponsors, at a location of their choosing, to finalize the project plan, identify major programs, and formalize deployment.
  • Deploy this plan internally and within the customer's organization.
  • Communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders during all stages of their project.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take complex ideas or programs and manage them in a structured methodology
  • Identify and assist with barrier resolution to insure achievement of project goals and timelines

You Have:

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2 or more years of experience selling a structured value proposition in a team selling environment.
  • Project management experience or relevant certification
  • Excel (can write advanced macros), PowerPoint, SmartSheets
  • Use SalesForce.com
  • Use PowerBi reporting
  • Home office (preferred) or Grainger facility
  • Travel Required, up to 30-50%

  • Leadership - Provide guidance for achieving a common goal through the use of differing motivators based on the situation and personality involved.
