Responsibilities

Line of Credit and Borrowings Management:



  • Analyze and monitor Americas region borrowing needs and credit facilities
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with key financial institutions
  • Manage drawdowns, repayments, and covenants associated with lines of credit
  • Prepare and present borrowing proposals to internal stakeholders


Cash Flow Observation:



  • Monitor and analyze cash flows for North America entities
  • Forecast cash needs and develop strategies to maintain liquidity
  • Prepare and present cash flow reports to management
  • Identify and mitigate potential cash flow risks


Risk Management:



  • Conduct internal audits of treasury processes at entities across the Americas region (Travel requirements: 20%)
  • Identify and evaluate risks and control weaknesses in treasury operations
  • Recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and procedures
  • Maintain comprehensive audit documentation and reporting


Additional Responsibilities:



  • Support the Americas Treasury Center team with a variety of tasks, including month-end closing, data analysis, and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in treasury analysis or a related role
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with international finance and cash flow management is a plus


Recruiting Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
