Responsibilities Line of Credit and Borrowings Management: Analyze and monitor Americas region borrowing needs and credit facilities Negotiate and maintain relationships with key financial institutions Manage drawdowns, repayments, and covenants associated with lines of credit Prepare and present borrowing proposals to internal stakeholders Cash Flow Observation: Monitor and analyze cash flows for North America entities Forecast cash needs and develop strategies to maintain liquidity Prepare and present cash flow reports to management Identify and mitigate potential cash flow risks Risk Management: Conduct internal audits of treasury processes at entities across the Americas region (Travel requirements: 20%) Identify and evaluate risks and control weaknesses in treasury operations Recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and procedures Maintain comprehensive audit documentation and reporting Additional Responsibilities: Support the Americas Treasury Center team with a variety of tasks, including month-end closing, data analysis, and reporting Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1+ years of experience in treasury analysis or a related role Bilingual in English and Korean Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with international finance and cash flow management is a plus Recruiting Range $60,000 - $75,000 USD Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees: No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.
