Your Day-to-Day: Troubleshooting: * Handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues. * Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Administrative Support: * Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments. * Process online enrollment applications including reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications. * Maintain and organize customer records. * Perform various administrative tasks like data entry and filing. Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. * Proficient with basic computer software and systems. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
