You are an experienced event professional with a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale global user conferences. With over 10 years in event management, you excel at creating impactful experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large budgets make you a standout candidate. You thrive in dynamic environments, bringing fresh ideas and data-driven decisions to every project. Your strong analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of events and provide actionable insights. You are a confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior executives and managing stakeholder expectations. Your expertise with digital marketing platforms such as Cvent and Marketo complements your comprehensive understanding of how events drive business opportunities. What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and manage Synopsys' Global SNUG Conferences.
• Defining event plans that support business goals and marketing strategies.
• Defining and tracking event-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event effectiveness and results.
• Organizing and hosting other Synopsys in-person events to create new opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen customer relationships.
• Driving all aspects of event management, including strategy, messaging, communications, agenda creation, logistics, branding, collateral, vendor management, project timelines, budget management, staffing, production, and reconciliation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop an integrated event strategy and ensure alignment of initiatives.
• Building strong working relationships with third-party event agencies and vendors to support events.
• Negotiating with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of related experience in global events, including leading large user conferences with 2,500+ attendees.
• Proven experience managing large budgets with exceptional skills in Excel.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to solve problems and define solutions based on data.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and the critical role of events in business opportunities.
