We are seeking a Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping MCG's corporate and commercial strategies. In this highly visible position, you will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, improve solution profitability, and strengthen our market position. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a consulting background and deep experience in strategic planning, business model design, or product commercialization-especially in healthcare or Health-tech sectors. You Will: * Corporate & Commercial Strategy Development: Lead and support the development of MCG's long-term growth strategies and go-to-market approaches. * Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders to formalize strategic initiatives, develop business plans, and guide execution across product, commercial, and operational domains. * Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, customer discovery, and competitive analyses to identify trends, threats, and whitespace opportunities. * Business Case & Financial Modeling: Develop and own solution business plans, including pricing models, revenue forecasts, and profitability assessments. * Strategic Partnerships & M&A Support: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, strategic investments, and build-buy-partner decisions aligned with corporate priorities. * Executive-Level Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to executive leadership, board members, and cross-functional teams. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, and Clinical teams to drive alignment and results across the organization. What We're Looking For: * 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or strategic business planning * Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and present insights to senior executives * Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel or similar tools * Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive storytelling and presentations * Experience developing solution or product business plans * Demonstrated success in conducting market research, including customer interviews and synthesis Preferred Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience, ideally with a consulting firm or corporate strategy team * Background in healthcare, health IT, or life sciences strongly preferred * Experience with pricing strategy, product commercialization, and financial analysis * MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills Travel to our Seattle office or other location is required 3-4 times per year.
