SALARY: $109,845 - 112,500/year

HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

What you will be doing:

• Provide a global and technical expert perspective and a higher level of customer experience to all NOxBOXi and Noxivent customers and potential customers.
• Provide technical support to the global commercial team and support staff to ensure all customer requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Visit customers directly to understand possible technical challenges with the use of the product and attempt to resolve, either on-site or collate the proper information/data to resolve the issue within the earliest time frame possible.
• Ensure all customer challenges are fully investigated, and the proper customer feedback is completed with the customer based on the identified root cause and provide, either directly or in conjunction with the applicable CE and/or CSS, the proper customer education or retraining to ensure the challenge is fully resolved and understood to the customer's satisfaction.
• Act as the technical liaison between global customers and NBL, coordinating the proper resources to address any current and unforeseen future NOxBOXi device field use challenges.
• Provide global technical and training support to NBL distributors, as well as to US field teams either remotely or physically, as required.
• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

What makes you great:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.
• Employer will accept two (2) years of related work experience in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.
• Must have five (5) years of experience with: Inhaled Nitric oxide medical delivery device (NOxBOXi) development and testing.
• Thorough knowledge of respiratory medicine and respiratory therapeutics; Mechanical ventilations systems (Conventional ventilators, Jet Ventilation, Oscillatory ventilators, VDR) and setups (high-flow) across a wide variety of patient populations.
• Expertise in Testing, validating, and documenting ventilation systems and setups with adjunct respiratory equipment;
• In-depth knowledge of FDA requirements for 510k submission protocols;
• Troubleshooting customer issues with the NOxBOXi technology remotely and traveling to customer sites when warranted, often emergently;
• Translating customer trends and demands into future technologies;
• Gathering and analyzing medical device Quality Incident Reports and translating those into new device technology to minimize risk and increase efficacy of the therapy.
• TRAVEL REQT: Up to 70% of domestic and international travel required
