Senior Analyst, Rebate Administration

Location: Hybrid (Local to NYC or Denver area)

Position Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate rebate performance and perform client-level and book-of-business reconciliation analyses
  • Support client-level rebate payment and reporting processes
  • Continually develop and maintain rebate reporting infrastructure
  • Perform analysis of current and prospective vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with other business functions (clinical, underwriting, finance, legal) to design, refine, and maintain internal reporting, modeling, and SOPs
  • Support general business needs, as required


Required Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate bachelor's degree, with a record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of proven experience in financial/data analysis, actuarial services, accounting, pricing & underwriting
  • The ideal candidate will understand pharmacy pricing dynamics and have experience evaluating the financial performance of pharmacy plans
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools (Python experience preferred though not required)
  • Track record of driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables
  • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily


This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.

Base salary: $80,000-100,000
