Who you are: The Administrative Specialist is a key position in the organization and is crucial to the success of the department. Under minimal supervision, they provide support wherever necessary. This may include performing routine assignments using existing procedures such as, managing and scheduling complex calendars, handling all meeting arrangements, coordinating departmental functions, preparing and distributing materials for meetings, and supporting administrative needs related to department boards and committees. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Prioritizes and organizes work to meet frequently changing priorities. Makes decisions regarding work processes based upon established guidelines. What you'll do:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support position. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred; some additional work experience may substitute for educational requirement. Work requires proficient PC skills and must demonstrate proficiency using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, etc. Requires good analytical ability to gather data and analyze reports, develop and implement filing systems, and generate related reports. Requires strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information, in addition to the ability to interact with diverse groups of people within the company and from outside agencies Salary Range: Minimum $20.22/hour - Maximum $33.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
