Position Description:

Product Manager - Industrial Sales for Entegris Inc., Fremont, CA.

Develop & continually refine product development strategies & execution plans to meet global revenue and margin targets for assigned product lines under direction of the VP of Microchemicals and Polishing; Define and execute product strategies including partner alliances and product roadmaps; Identify and implement market share growth opportunities; Have ownership of product positioning, pricing, and life cycle management; Leverage partnerships and distributor relationships to meet business objectives; Provide strategic, technical, and pricing guidance for sales proposals; Develop strong product cost of ownership models and business cases to support new initiatives; Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as R&D, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal and Supply Chain to accomplish business objectives; Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks; and Create and present marketing materials including presentations, data sheets, promotional and training materials. Developing business cases for strategic targeted projects. The position requires 25-50% travel domestically within the U.S. and internationally to Europe and Asia.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering or chemical science discipline and 2 years of experience as an engineer or chemical scientist in a manufacturing environment.

2 years of experience in: Product management; Sales or a customer-facing role; Leading cross-functional teams; High-tech. manufacturing processes related to HDD and/or SiC wafer industries; Semiconductors and related processes and technology; and Return-on-investment models and developing cost of ownership models. The position requires 25-50% travel domestically within the U.S. and internationally to Europe and Asia.

Salary: $131,872/year
