Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and field service experience. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and support for their HVAC needs. Duties
- Install and maintain HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents related to HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to prolong lifespan and efficiency.
- Design and build custom HVAC solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Refrigerate appliances as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R design principles and best practices.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for service calls is required.
