Progressive Bulk / Minibulk Driver

Our CDL A Bulk Drivers are the face of the company while safely delivering bulk gaseous products to customers on scheduled routes, both locally and regionally. In addition our drivers will use Flatbed trucks hauling cylinders. In particular, you will:

• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with our customers while providing them with products and service of exceptional quality.

• Upload, deliver, and download gases to customers' vessels in a safe manner

• Provide Timely communication back to your distribution manager or customer's salespeople regarding any changes related to the customer.

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and advise on any needed repairs. Have any immediate problem repaired before going on route.

• Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker, & Airbrake endorsements

• Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements

• Must be able to drive a 15 speed or 18 speed manual transmission

• Minimum driving qualifications: 5 years of Class A driving experience in the last 9 years or 2 years experience driving a bulk tractor trailer or 1 year driving a tractor trailer while working for Airgas

• Passport or ability to get a passport is preferred

• No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years

• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years

• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment

• Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
