Shipping and Receiving Coordinator Shift: 1st, (7am-3:30pm) Pay: $19.50-$21/hr (Based on Experience) A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to handle packaging, shipment preparation, and receiving of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality and customer delivery standards are met. Job Description: Package orders to meet various shipping requirements. Unload and inspect incoming materials, match against documentation. Verify shipment accuracy (quantity, quality, PO match). Operate sit-down forklifts and banding equipment. Prepare and label crates, boxes, and packages. Update computer systems with shipping and receiving data. Coordinate outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS systems. Communicate shipping details to front office staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist with recycling and other warehouse tasks.
