About the Team/Role WEX Health offers custody services to providers of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) through the WEX Inc. Non-Bank Custodian (NBC). The role of an NBC Control Operations Analyst is to assist with identifying and mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The NBC Control Operations Analyst is responsible for performing daily activities and functions related to HSA Custody services. How you'll make an impact DAILY OPERATIONS
Monitor reporting and review consumer accounts to ensure compliance with OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets and Control) sanctions Review documents to ensure compliance with the Consumer Identification Program (CIP) and notify partners of required action for accounts lacking proper consumer identification documentation. Handle processing of unclaimed property for abandoned HSA accounts, including reviewing accounts for eligibility, closing accounts, and preparing reports. Monitor reporting on consumer account balances and notify partners of overdrawn accounts

Experience you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or minimum of 1 year experience working within a control function or close partnership with a control functions Some understanding of the Custody Services Business. Experience of working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results Strong analytical and numeracy skills Attention to detail and ability to work accurately while still meeting deadlines Intermediate to advanced computer software literacy (word, excel, Power Point & Google Suites. Must be goal-oriented and have the ability to execute daily and weekly objectives. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Strong customer service and leadership skills Effective oral and written communication skills Able to work effectively both alone and in a team setting Flexible/Adaptable to change Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multitask Self motivated
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
