What is the opportunity?

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the development, tracking, reporting and final delivery of Technology Lifecycle (TLM)/End of Life (EOL) management strategy initiatives to proactively manage and track the technology estate to identify and remediate at risk technologies. You will provide oversight to TLM/EOL inventory, planned remediation dates, exception management and communication to all stakeholders and maintain a program that is in accordance with IT Asset management program to demonstrate operational excellence and thorough oversight of the overall technology lifecycle.

This position drives Technology Lifecycle Management/End of Life at the Enterprise level including all subsidiaries. You will lead, direct and oversee activities on planning, delivery and implementation of TLM/EOL initiatives regulatory and internally to ensure program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope and budget.

What will you do?

  • Serve as a single point of accountability for program management of TLM/EOL remediation or compliance initiatives, including oversight of delivery teams, escalations to senior management, reporting, timelines and budget.

  • Develop a schedule with realistic timeline/milestones.

  • Track program progress and address any deficiencies.

  • Champion strong program governance and execution assurance processes.

  • Track, report and manage risks and issues.

  • Plan and coordinate upgrades, replacements, and retirements of outdated or unsupported systems.

  • Serve as a key stakeholder/partner across multiple technical and business management areas.

  • Ensures proper governance, management oversight, and ongoing technology initiatives to meet Risk and Regulatory best practices.

  • Working closely with the TLM/EOL Subject Matter Experts: Operations, Developers, Data analytics team, to generate reports to various stakeholders and executive management.

  • Coordinate across multiple teams to resolve complex problems or barriers.

  • Ensure program meets business goals and benefits.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience in the financial industry.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of technical, risk and regulatory experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.

  • Solid understanding and knowledge of multiple technologies and platforms.

  • Proven leadership ability to work in a fast-paced deadline sensitive work environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple TLM/EOL initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.

Nice-to-have:

  • PMP, Agile Scrum, CRISC, CISA, CISM CRSM, CISSP

  • Project management experience with the following technologies/platforms: Technology lifecycle management/End of Life.

  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The good-faith expected salary range in NJ for the above position is $110,000-190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
