Under direction from the Deputy LDO, the Case Coordinator will receive and process all complaints received through the Whistleblower Hotline and track them through the lifecycle of the case. The incumbent is responsible for case coordination, tracking, reporting and analysis for all complaints and inquiries received by the OEC and is the primary point of contact for reporting parties and complainants. The Case Coordinator maintains data to ensure that complaints are tracked and can provide summary statistics to unit leadership for case management.
