The Role

Selected candidate will be responsible for daily audits of orgainizational process, daily reports for customer services, weekly reports for both customer and organization metrics, and monthly reports for orgainization and customer metrics. They willcoordinatevarious assigned project activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting data to a finished product, and getting necessary approvals to meet required management timelines.

This position is located in Ogden, UT.

The Main Responsibilities

Candidate will also coordinate day-to-day activities revolving aroundproject management activitiesand project tasks working directly with leadership to accomplish organizational goals.

Analyzes and updates work plans and schedules. Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce project tracking & reporting.
Develops/updates project progress and status reports.
Responsible for the progress of assigning & tracking complex projects & processes within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
Tracking of projects, tracks project issues/risks, & document progress and prepare status reports (metrics, summaries, etc)
Communication of project critical dates and coordination with external and internal schedules related to the activity and workload;
Coordinates the creation of work schedules and maintains active work planning through use of gaunt charts and related work tracking methods.

Microsoft Suite knowledge a must
Preferred prior telecom experience
Self-Learner
Self-Motivated
Ability to multi-task and coordinate technical projects involving multiple carriers, customer contacts and internal resources to accomplish the prescribed tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment and fast-paced, evolving environment
Able to work directly with leadership

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$48,700 - $65,000 in these states: UT
