Location: Must reside in coverage area: KS, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, NE

We are looking for an enthusiastic FBO Account Associate to support our sales and account management team, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals eager to develop expertise in business aviation and sales while contributing to our revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary: As an FBO Account Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our aviation products and services through sales and account retention. You will support the team in identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Financial Analysis: Participate in financial calculations to assess basic ROI and support margin evaluations under supervision.
  • Financial Modeling: Learn and apply foundational financial modeling techniques to evaluate multiple inputs and product offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist with data entry and analysis.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives and sales campaigns by providing support and insight.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to communicate with customers effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, willingness to learn financial modeling techniques.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce CRM tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Financial Understanding: Basic understanding of business financial calculations and an interest in aviation sales.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Aviation-FBO related knowledge/experience.
  • Internship or coursework in finance, business, or aviation is an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation.

Specific Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of financial calculations and ROI assessments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint, with some knowledge and use of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
  • Interest in developing expertise in financial modeling and aviation industry dynamics.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:

Requires moderate travel by car or aircraft to pursue prospective customer opportunities, support existing client relationships, and attend industry events or meetings as needed.
