Repair Manager - Skokie, IL

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare timely and accurately repair orders for the sales team located in Chicago, Miami and UK.
• Manage the repair process with repair shops worldwide.
• Expedite repair orders on strict timelines.
• Negotiate pricing with repair shops.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Build relationships with Prime Air's Sales team and Accounting team.
• Update and review daily repair order reports.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have either repair station or parts company experience.
• Associates Degree or a minimum 3 year of related experience and training,
• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and knowledge of software packages.
• Position will require frequent communication with internal and external parties via email, phone and in-person.
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast- paced environment; able to multi-task and think creatively; efficient and accurate working within deadlines
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents.
